Licensing
Our licensing experience covers everything from airports, through hotels, pubs and restaurants to off-licences for corner shops. We currently do all licensing in this area for a major supermarket chain and act for local authorities in this area of work. We have a substantial client base of workingmens' clubs.
We would be happy to discuss any project be it the purchase of existing licensed premises or the purchase or building or adaptation of premises for the sale of alcohol or betting purposes.
