Family and Children
Alderson Dodds operates the only specialist Family Law Department in the county. The Head of the Department, Susan Johnson, is a member of the Solicitors Family Law Association and Law Society Family Panel. The Department has been established for many years and deals with matters as wide ranging as matrimonial violence and high-value divorce litigation. Family breakdown is always difficult for those concerned. We aim to be sensitive but effective in what we do.
Nigel Dodds is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and has many years experience in dealing with high-profile care and wardship proceedings, acting for parents, children, Guardians and a range of local authorities.
